VP of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Direct the overall marketing vision for multiple brands, defining differentiated positioning, messaging architecture, and brand standards that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee customer growth initiatives across digital and local channels, including search, paid media, social platforms, content programs, and community-based marketing efforts.
• Establish measurable performance benchmarks and evaluate marketing effectiveness through indicators such as acquisition efficiency, return on spend, customer value, brand visibility, and revenue contribution.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend new channels, campaigns, and expansion strategies that can increase reach and drive sustainable growth.
• Allocate marketing resources across a portfolio of businesses, balancing investment priorities based on growth stage, business needs, and organizational objectives.
• Develop annual marketing roadmaps and budget plans in partnership with business leaders to ensure alignment with financial goals and operational plans.
• Build scalable marketing systems, brand toolkits, and launch support materials to prepare the organization for future franchise growth and new market openings.
• Use consumer insights, market research, and campaign analysis to refine strategy, improve customer experience, and strengthen retention and loyalty.
• Lead, mentor, and develop an internal marketing team while managing agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality, accountable, and innovative execution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with a track record of increasing scope and responsibility.
• Demonstrated success building, repositioning, or scaling consumer-focused brands in growth-oriented environments.
• Strong background in demand generation, customer acquisition, and performance marketing across digital and omni-channel programs.
• Solid command of marketing analytics, KPI development, and data interpretation to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience creating marketing infrastructure, processes, and brand governance within fast-growing organizations.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, operations, and business leadership.
• Preferred industry background in restaurant, hospitality, automotive, retail, consumer services, or franchise-based organizations.
Compensation
