Recruiting Associate
Our client, a rapidly growing engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Recruiting Associate with a strong track record of recruiting engineering and field-based professionals. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized commissioning, engineering, and project management positions supporting mission-critical and complex infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting technical talent within engineering consulting, commissioning, construction, data center, critical facilities, MEP, or industrial environments and is comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers on hard-to-fill searches.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING FOR FIELD OPERATIONS POSITIONS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, commissioning, project management, and field services positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and workforce planning.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche engineering and commissioning talent.
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates to leadership.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple open requisitions at the same time.• Ability to recruit for technical, engineering, operations, or field service positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and exposure to benefits-related hiring documentation is preferred.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Comfortable collaborating with HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to assist with broader HR tasks, administrative support, and special projects as business needs evolve.
Compensation
