Workplace Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day condition and presentation of the office by maintaining a tidy, functional, and welcoming workspace for staff and guests.
• Coordinate food, snack, and beverage arrangements to ensure the workplace remains well supplied and team needs are consistently supported.
• Partner with office leadership and technical support staff to help manage facility-related tasks, including workspace adjustments, office relocations, and communication with building contacts.
• Collaborate with the People Operations team to organize internal gatherings, employee celebrations, candidate support activities, and other on-site events.
• Track workplace spending and maintain accurate inventory records to support budget awareness and replenishment planning.
• Evaluate current administrative and office practices, recommend more effective approaches, and put improved processes into place.
• Provide general administrative assistance that supports smooth office operations and helps address day-to-day workplace needs promptly.
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, office management, or a similar office environment.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately and consistently.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities within a busy workplace.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with an approachable interpersonal style.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow through on responsibilities with minimal direction.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability when responding to operational or workplace-related issues.
• Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of hands-on responsibilities.
• Interest in learning new skills and improving existing processes in an administrative or office setting.
Compensation
