Test Center Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and test candidates, provide clear check-in guidance, and maintain an attentive front-desk presence throughout the day.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct questions to the appropriate contact when needed.
• Scan, organize, and maintain testing and administrative documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform day-to-day clerical support such as filing records, preparing paperwork, and updating office documentation.
• Monitor the reception and waiting areas to ensure an orderly, secure, and positive experience for visitors.
• Assist with administrative workflows tied to test center operations and help keep office processes running efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, office support, or administrative assistant capacity.• Ability to manage inbound phone calls professionally and communicate clearly with visitors and staff.
• Proficiency in scanning, filing, and handling documents in an organized and accurate manner.
• Strong clerical skills, including record maintenance and general office coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to handle multiple routine tasks in a busy office setting.
Compensation
