Human Resources (HR) Sourcer

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Sourcer to join our team in South Carolina in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This position focuses on identifying talent with relevant experience, building strong candidate pipelines, and supporting a busy recruiting function through consistent outreach and market research. The ideal candidate is comfortable spending much of the day engaging with people, using sourcing technology effectively, and learning how to grow into a broader recruiting role.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain organized talent pipelines to support multiple recruiters across a range of hiring needs.
• Reach out to prospective candidates through phone, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels to generate interest and referrals.
• Screen and pre-assess individuals to confirm alignment with job requirements and overall fit for the organization.
• Use applicant tracking and sourcing tools, including TempWorks, to document activity and manage candidate information accurately.
• Partner with the recruiting team to deliver sourcing support for approximately seven to eight recruiters without duplicating outreach efforts.
• Research new talent pools and creative sourcing methods, including AI-enabled tools, to expand candidate reach and improve efficiency.
• Provide recruiting administrative backup when needed to help maintain workflow continuity.
• Contribute to the development of this new role by helping establish effective sourcing practices and reporting methods.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, with prior sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently and build rapport with candidates throughout the day.
• Comfortable using recruiting technology, applicant tracking systems, and online sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools used to identify and engage talent.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage candidate data and multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow into a recruiter position over time.
• Background in full-cycle recruiting, corporate recruiting, interview support, or candidate qualification is a plus.

Compensation

$20.90-$24.20 Hourly
