Finance Associate – Ventures
Our client is a premier private equity firm in Boston, MA and is seeking a Finance Associate to join their Ventures team.
Seeking a Finance Associate to support venture fund accounting, financial reporting, valuations, investor communications, and transaction activities. The role partners with finance and investment teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, portfolio analysis, and operational support across multiple investment funds.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting from a four-year college/university with a strong academic background (minimum 3.5 GPA)
- 1-2+years Public Accounting or related experience in an in-house accounting & finance role (1 year in public accounting will do)
- Exposure to investment partnership accounting is preferred
- Advanced Excel is a must
- Able to handle confidential information.
This role is on-site 3 days a week, so you must live in the Boston Area.

Compensation
