Greeter

We are looking for a welcoming and organized Greeter to support customer service operations in North Syracuse, New York. The person in this role will guide visitors through their office experience, help confirm document readiness, and provide hands-on assistance at service stations while maintaining a detail-oriented and courteous environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors as they arrive and provide clear direction based on their service needs.

• Review customer documents for completeness before they proceed to the next step in the service process.

• Monitor and coordinate the flow of visitors through the queue management system to support efficient office operations.

• Evaluate vision screening outcomes and determine whether results meet the required standard.

• Record successful vision test results accurately in the computer system.

• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and answer basic process-related questions.

• Capture customer photographs for driver’s license and identification-related transactions.

• Maintain a detail-oriented front-desk presence and deliver courteous service throughout each customer interaction

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer-facing service roles with a strong focus on professionalism and courtesy.
• Ability to handle paperwork carefully and verify information with accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and data entry systems in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
• Confidence assisting the public with guided self-service tools and in-person support.
• Ability to follow established procedures for vision screening review and photo capture tasks.
• Previous experience in a government or agency environment is preferred.
• Resume submission is required for consideration.

Compensation

$18.00-$18.00 Hourly
