Human Resources (HR) Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative support to the HR team and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees and visitors.
• Maintain employee records by organizing, updating, and safeguarding personnel documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle routine office support tasks such as filing, scanning, document preparation, and data entry to keep HR information current.
• Assist with benefits-related administrative activities and help route employee questions to the appropriate HR contacts.
• Manage competing requests effectively while adjusting priorities to meet the needs of a busy HR department.
• Support reception-related duties as needed, including directing inquiries and ensuring clear communication across interactions.
• Help improve workflow efficiency by keeping HR documents, files, and administrative processes well organized.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting human resources administration in a detail-oriented office setting.• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
• Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid administrative skills, including filing, scanning, record maintenance, and general office support.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with benefits administration or related HR support functions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Compensation
