Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities: • Process customer invoices, apply incoming payments, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records. • Follow up with commercial clients regarding outstanding balances and drive timely collection of open invoices. • Post cash receipts from multiple payment channels, including wire transfers and credit card transactions. • Review account activity, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile payment details to resolve billing issues. • Support daily cash application activities to ensure customer payments are matched correctly and efficiently. • Coordinate with internal teams to address account questions, payment exceptions, and collection-related concerns. • Maintain organized documentation of payment activity, collection efforts, and account status updates. • Use Infor and reporting tools such as Power BI to monitor receivable trends and support financial visibility.

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or commercial collections. • Working knowledge of cash application processes and customer payment posting. • Experience handling collections for business accounts with attention to detail and consistency. • Familiarity with wire transfer processing and credit card payment reconciliation. • Ability to investigate account discrepancies and resolve payment-related issues accurately. • Experience using ERP or accounting systems, including exposure to Infor. • Basic reporting or data review experience with tools such as Power BI is preferred. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills.Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
