Marketing Production Mananager
Robert Half Marketing and Creative in Denver has a client looking for a Production Manager to lead high-volume creative and localization operations in Denver, Colorado. This position combines delivery oversight, financial stewardship, and team leadership to ensure work moves efficiently across global production schedules while maintaining strong quality standards. The role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows, support client goals, and scale output in a sustainable and profitable way.
Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day production operations across assigned workstreams, ensuring projects progress on schedule, meet quality expectations, and support a strong client experience.
• Oversee financial performance for the workstream by managing estimates, tracking forecasts, reviewing billing activity, and driving margin performance through disciplined cost control.
• Build and coordinate global resourcing plans that provide continuous coverage across time zones and adapt to shifting project volume and business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Coordinators through hiring, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing feedback that strengthens accountability and growth.
• Partner with Customer Success and preproduction teams to align operational planning with client needs, production readiness, and scalable delivery models.
• Evaluate existing processes, tools, and systems to identify efficiency gains, reduce friction, and improve the speed and consistency of creative production.
• Monitor workload trends, anticipate capacity constraints, and create staffing or succession plans that support reliable execution over time.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations while balancing immediate delivery needs with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
- achelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required. Based on general knowledge.
- Demonstrated experience planning and managing complex marketing localization projects across a variety of creative and digital content types. Based on general knowledge.
- Experience in program management or account management within a business-to-business agency environment, preferably in marketing, creative services, or localization. Based on general knowledge.
- Background in localization delivery, either on the client side or with a language services provider (LSP), strongly preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including forecasting, budgeting, and quoting experience. Based on general knowledge.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining strong client relationships. Based on general knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and freelance resources. Based on general knowledge.
- Awareness of and interest in global languages, cultures, and localization best practices. Based on general knowledge.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, media tools, CAT tools, and workflow management platforms such as Smartling and Crowdin. Based on general knowledge.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms. Based on general knowledge.
- Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools, including Zoom and Slack. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Based on general knowledge.
Compensation
