Senior Accountant

We’re hiring a Senior Accountant to support multiple sales agencies in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment. This is a great opportunity for an accountant who wants hands-on exposure to month-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and acquisition integration.
If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and excited by the chance to take ownership while learning across multiple business units, this role could be a strong next step.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily accounting for multiple agency locations
- Review and post AP/AR, expense reports, credit card activity, invoicing, bank transactions, and journal entries
- Assist with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare intercompany and reclass entries
- Research and resolve billing, coding, and account discrepancies
- Help onboard newly acquired agencies into company accounting processes and systems
- Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements
- Partner with agency teams to strengthen workflows and internal controls

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong reconciliation and month-end close skills
- Exposure to intercompany accounting is a big plus
- Experience in multi-entity environments or system transitions is helpful
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Compensation
$75,000.00-$85,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
