Sr. Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Lead the administration of global travel and expense programs, ensuring alignment with corporate finance and card usage standards.
• Coordinate the implementation, upkeep, and communication of travel, expense, and corporate card policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Manage user setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance within the Concur environment, including oversight of system data accuracy and interface activities.
• Oversee the corporate card lifecycle by handling enrollments, account changes, and terminations while monitoring account activity for timely expense submissions.
• Review expense activity through audit and compliance controls to confirm adherence to policy and address exceptions when needed.
• Assist employees with expense report processing and provide guidance on travel and reimbursement questions through help desk support.
• Complete month-end Concur reconciliations and support general ledger accuracy through account review and resolution of discrepancies.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and provide data support for compliance monitoring, internal reviews, and external reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel and card vendors to support service quality and effective program administration.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and contribute to special projects that improve travel and expense operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.• At least 6 years of relevant accounting, travel and expense, or finance operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with Concur Travel and Expense is required.
• Strong background in month-end close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger support.
• Proficiency with Excel and other business systems used for reporting, analysis, and financial processing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a global business environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, compliance, and operational teams.
• Project coordination experience and familiarity with corporate card or travel program administration are preferred.
