Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support a non-profit organization in Eden Prairie, Minnesota through a Long-term Contract engagement. This role focuses on building and optimizing marketing automation programs that strengthen audience engagement, improve campaign performance, and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong HubSpot expertise and can translate marketing needs into effective automated workflows, reporting, and lead nurturing strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns in HubSpot to support outreach, engagement, and conversion goals.
• Create and refine email journeys, lead nurturing workflows, segmentation rules, and campaign logic to improve audience targeting.
• Maintain the accuracy of marketing automation data, templates, and platform configurations to support reliable execution.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to turn campaign objectives into scalable automation solutions.
• Track campaign performance through dashboards and reporting, then recommend adjustments based on results and trends.
• Optimize forms, landing pages, and email assets within HubSpot to improve user experience and campaign effectiveness.
• Support platform updates, process improvements, and any related system changes as needed within the scope of marketing operations.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience using HubSpot for marketing automation, campaign setup, and workflow management.
• Demonstrated ability to build email programs, audience segmentation, and automated nurture paths.
• Knowledge of campaign reporting, performance analysis, and marketing metrics.
• Strong attention to detail when managing data quality, templates, and platform settings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and translate business needs into technical execution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a deadline-driven environment.

Compensation

$50.00-$60.00 Hourly
