Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations running efficiently and in an organized manner.
• Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to routine inquiries with a service-oriented approach.
• Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other business documents using Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain accurate records, update data entries, and organize files to support smooth access to information.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and general scheduling needs for the team as required.
• Assist with reception and front-desk coverage while ensuring a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle confidential documents and information with discretion and appropriate care.
• Provide general clerical and operational support across administrative functions as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree is a MUST
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role; legal office experience is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to interact effectively with visitors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dependable, proactive, and capable of exercising good judgment with sensitive or confidential information.
Compensation
