FP& A Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly financial reporting activities, including analysis of performance trends and explanations of key variances against plan and forecast.
• Prepare consolidated financial views across multiple business areas to support leadership decision-making and overall business visibility.
• Drive recurring forecasting, planning, and management reporting activities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Produce ad hoc financial evaluations that help business leaders assess risks, opportunities, and operational decisions.
• Capture and document core FP& A workflows, dependencies, and procedures to support continuity, training, and future onboarding needs.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing efforts by organizing information from departing team members and translating it into practical reference materials.
• Review existing finance processes and reporting workflows, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend scalable improvements.
• Develop executive-level presentations and reporting packages that translate financial results into concise, actionable business insights.
• Support financial systems usage and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall analytical capability.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in financial planning and analysis roles.• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and refine models that support business planning and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to become effective quickly in a new environment with minimal ramp-up time.
• Clear communication skills with experience partnering across finance and operational teams.
• Proven capability in documenting processes, identifying control or workflow risks, and improving finance operations.
• Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and management reporting tools; prior exposure to NetSuite or similar platforms is a plus.
