A reputable financial services organization in Naugatuck is seeking a professional and customer-focused Operations Processor to join its growing team. This role is responsible for assisting clients with account inquiries, financial products, service requests, and general support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping clients navigate financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with account maintenance, updates, and service requests
• Educate customers on available financial products and services
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Process applications, forms, and related financial paperwork
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support
• Follow company procedures and industry regulations to maintain compliance
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction
• Support branch and operational initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably within banking, financial services, insurance, or a related industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or customer management systems
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
