Contract Support Analyst

Position Overview

The client is seeking a Contract Support Analyst to assist with vendor onboarding and customer communications during a critical business transition. This role will focus on managing the re-onboarding process for existing customers and coordinating communications related to the company's recent name change. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete and process vendor re-onboarding documentation, including:
• W-9 forms
• Vendor registration forms
• Insurance certificates
• Customer-required supplier portal registrations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the re-onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Contact existing customers by phone and email to communicate the company name change and provide any required supporting documentation.
• Maintain detailed tracking logs of onboarding activities, monitor outstanding items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
• Respond professionally and promptly to customer questions regarding vendor setup, onboarding requirements, and the company name change.
• Escalate complex onboarding issues or contractual concerns to the Senior Contracts Manager when necessary.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, contract administration, customer service, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with vendor or supplier portals
• Familiarity with the lab services, life sciences, or facilities management industries

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls and managing ongoing customer follow-up
