Office Services Associate

We're seeking a dependable and customer-focused Office Services Associate to support a brand-new office location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, and thrives in a hands-on, service-oriented role. The onsite manager is not located at this office, so we're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Restock snacks, beverages, coffee, and office supplies throughout the office Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and detail oriented appearance of common areas Provide reception coverage as needed Replenish office supplies and ensure shared spaces remain well-stocked and presentable Assist with light hospitality services for employees and guests Support conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and small events Perform general office support duties in a small office environment Step in wherever needed to ensure a positive workplace experience

Qualifications:

Qualifications Previous detail oriented office experience preferred Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, concierge, reception, or customer service is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Excellent customer service and communication skills What We're Looking For Enjoys creating an organized and welcoming office environment Takes ownership of responsibilities without direct supervision Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small office Friendly, approachable, and service-focused Dependable team player who enjoys supporting others

Compensation

$19.00-$20.00 Hourly
