Accounts Receivable & Billing Professional
Robert Half Permanent Placement has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to join our client's accounting team in St. Louis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and building strong client relationships while driving results.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive business relationships.
- Monitor and manage customer activity through third-party billing portals.
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and documentation.
- Support billing, collections, and other accounting operations.
- Assist with various financial and administrative projects as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma required.
- Accounting coursework or an associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Previous accounts receivable, billing, collections, or accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
Compensation
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
