Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, attentive assistance with service-related questions and concerns.
• Record client interactions thoroughly by creating and updating cases within the case management system.
• Track daily activity to support productivity goals and help identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Make outbound calls when additional follow-up is needed to resolve more involved customer issues.
• Assist with team-driven initiatives such as testing activities and customer support projects as assigned by leadership.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, service guidelines, and policy changes in a dynamic work environment.
• Maintain accurate communication and deliver a high level of care during each customer interaction.
• Support a collaborative onsite call center environment while meeting attendance and scheduling expectations, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, internet-based tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and stay composed in high-pressure situations.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing to team objectives.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to protect confidential information are essential.
Compensation
