Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing-related customer service operation serving pharmacy professionals from a remote setting in Youngstown, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and delivers dependable service throughout each interaction. The person in this role will manage a steady flow of inbound calls, confirm prescription coupon information with accuracy, and maintain consistent performance while following established procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls from pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Confirm prescription coupon details carefully to ensure accurate processing and clear communication.
• Record call information thoroughly and update required documentation in line with team procedures.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction by using courteous and solution-focused communication.
• Meet daily expectations for productivity and quality while working independently in a remote environment.
• Follow assigned work schedules within standard weekday operating hours and maintain consistent attendance.
• Apply established workflows and service guidelines to complete tasks accurately and consistently.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role is preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to provide clear, courteous support.
• Comfortable following defined procedures and documenting information accurately.
• Dependable self-management skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work any assigned 8-hour shift scheduled Monday through Friday based on business needs.
• Experience with inbound calling, customer support, or order-related data entry is a plus.

Compensation

$14.25-$16.50 Hourly
