Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a contract assignment based in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will connect with contacts by phone, ask targeted questions from a prepared guide, and accurately record responses using a laptop. This position is focused on outreach and information gathering rather than selling, and it is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and is comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.

Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls each day to individuals on assigned contact lists.
• Follow an approved call guide to ask key questions and keep conversations consistent and thorough.
• Document answers, interest levels, and other relevant details accurately in the designated system.
• Identify contacts who would like to speak further with a sales representative and note that interest for follow-up.
• Use a laptop and standard business software to track daily activity and maintain organized records.
• Deliver courteous customer interactions while staying efficient and meeting expected call targets.
• Participate in provided training and apply established procedures throughout the assignment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center, office, retail, or similar setting.
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound phone interactions with strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to complete the full 6-week Contract assignment.
• Clear verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail when entering information.
• Able to manage a fast-paced workload with consistent productivity throughout the day.

Compensation

$18.00-$19.00 Hourly
