Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, confirm appointments, and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, transferring calls accurately, and taking clear messages when needed.
• Provide front desk and concierge-style support by responding to general questions and helping guests navigate the office.
• Maintain an orderly reception area to ensure a well-organized and positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate daily front office activities, including monitoring visitor flow and supporting administrative needs as they arise.
• Handle inbound communication effectively, ensuring callers receive timely assistance or are routed correctly.
• Support office operations by tracking basic reception-related information and escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line or switchboard phone system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced office setting.
• Experience assisting visitors, answering inbound calls, and providing general office support.
• Reliable organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to maintain composure when handling a high volume of calls or guest interactions.
Compensation
