Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client is looking for a results-driven Media Planner to oversee the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of digital media and paid social campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong platform knowledge, analytical skills, and experience managing campaigns in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The Media Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping ensure campaigns are launched accurately, monitored effectively, and optimized to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a variety of digital channels, translating performance data into actionable recommendations, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage digital media and paid social campaigns from setup through reporting, including trafficking, QA, pacing, optimization, and performance analysis. Based on general knowledge.
  • Execute campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Amazon DSP, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Based on general knowledge.
  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact for campaign updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations. Based on general knowledge.
  • Lead recurring client meetings to review campaign results, explain performance trends, and identify next steps. Based on general knowledge.
  • Monitor budgets across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines to ensure effective spend management. Based on general knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of campaign accuracy through detailed QA and troubleshooting. Based on general knowledge.
  • Optimize campaigns against key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR. Based on general knowledge.
  • Analyze campaign reporting in Looker and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Based on general knowledge.
  • Prepare and present client-facing reports, test results, and recommendations for growth opportunities. Based on general knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client media programs and improve overall campaign performance. Based on general knowledge.
  • Partner with media vendors and managed-service teams to strengthen campaign outcomes. Based on general knowledge.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies across ad copy, creative, landing pages, formats, and beta opportunities. Based on general knowledge.
  • Support onboarding activities for new clients, including account setup, billing coordination, pixel implementation, audience creation, and QA. Based on general knowledge.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including Media Coordinators. Based on general knowledge.



Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or paid social. Based on general knowledge.
  • Experience managing large-scale media budgets across multiple platforms. Based on general knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and at least one DSP. Based on general knowledge.
  • Background in campaign setup, trafficking, execution, and optimization. Based on general knowledge.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms, preferably Campaign Manager 360. Based on general knowledge.
  • Demonstrated success improving campaign performance across ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR metrics. Based on general knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and remarketing strategies, including CRM targeting, dynamic creative, site retargeting, search retargeting, contextual targeting, affinity audiences, and lookalike modeling. Based on general knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Looker. Based on general knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Based on general knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Based on general knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, with an eye for effective ad creative and messaging. Based on general knowledge.
  • Google Skillshop certifications are a plus. Based on general knowledge.

$60,000.00-$75,000.00 Yearly
