Job Purpose:
The Customer Success Representative serves as the primary customer contact and the company's voice. This role demands dedication and motivation in all customer interactions. The representative handles customer inquiries in a multi-channel support environment, which includes communication through phone, email, or chat. Inquiries will be logged and maintained in a case management system, and opportunities may arise for outbound communication with customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles incoming customer questions via phone, email, or chat Documents client inquiries by creating cases in a case management system Maintains daily log for productivity assessment and identification of individual strengths and weaknesses Partakes in special projects such as site testing and client support initiatives under leadership directive Conducts outbound calls to clients for complex issues requiring additional interactions for resolution Adapts to changes in processes and policies as per leadership's determination Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalency Experience:
Proven customer support experience in a fast-paced environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Compensation

$16.00-$18.00 Hourly
