Office Manager
Robert Half is partnering with a growing construction company seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support a fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping keep projects and administrative functions running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized, efficient work environment.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and project management teams.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage office correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, vendors, and facility needs.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel as needed.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor documentation.
- Maintain employee files and assist with onboarding new hires.
- Support project teams with contract documentation, permits, insurance certificates, and other construction-related administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, customer-service-oriented demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with construction management software (Procore, Viewpoint, Sage, or similar) is a plus.
