Video Producter
Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Video Producer (contract). In this role, you will manage the development, production, and delivery of high-quality video content that supports organizational initiatives, communications, training, marketing, and stakeholder engagement efforts. This role oversees projects from concept through final delivery, including pre-production planning, on-site production, post-production editing, and distribution across multiple channels. This role hybrid is in Austin, Tx.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead video projects from concept development through final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production plans.
- Coordinate pre-production activities including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and production logistics.
- Direct and support studio and on-location video productions.
- Operate video production equipment and assist with filming, audio, lighting, and production setup as needed.
- Edit video content, including graphics, motion elements, music, and visual enhancements.
- Prepare and distribute content across digital, web, social media, streaming, and other communication channels.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and production resources.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Research and recommend video production tools, equipment, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain project documentation, files, and production records.
- Support live-streamed and virtual event productions as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, Media Arts, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional video production experience.
- Experience producing, directing, shooting, and editing video content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
- Experience with digital video cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video production workflows.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience producing live-streamed, virtual, or hybrid events.
- Experience creating motion graphics and animated content.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and digital content strategies.
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers, or production crews.
