Front Desk Coordinator
Position Summary
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. This role serves as the central point of contact for the office, managing reception duties, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting day-to-day operations in a professional and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls through a multi-line phone system.
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders with vendors.
- Assist with employee onboarding, visitor access, and office communications.
- Support administrative projects, data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of front desk, receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Compensation
