Customer Account Coordinator

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Coordinator to support client relationships, manage account activity, and ensure a high level of service throughout the customer lifecycle. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping to coordinate requests, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to support smooth day-to-day account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for customer account inquiries and service requests
• Coordinate account setup, updates, order processing, and ongoing account maintenance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through timely, professional communication
• Monitor account activity and ensure information is accurate and up to date in internal systems
• Partner with sales, operations, billing, and customer service teams to address customer needs
• Track open issues, follow up on outstanding items, and help ensure prompt resolution
• Prepare reports, account documentation, and correspondence as needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings, managing account-related deadlines, and supporting special projects
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with professionalism

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, account management support, or administrative support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
