Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support the day-to-day HR operations of a growing organization in the Denver area. This hybrid position is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with employees across all levels of the organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.
The HR Administrator will play an integral role in supporting key human resources functions, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while helping foster a positive and engaging employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR operations, ensuring employee records, personnel files, forms, and supporting documentation are maintained accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, tracking required documentation, facilitating pre-employment processes, and helping ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Support benefits administration by responding to employee inquiries, processing enrollment and status change requests, and maintaining accurate benefits records and reporting.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding routine HR-related questions, providing timely assistance while appropriately escalating more complex employee relations matters.
- Maintain and update employee information within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all HR systems and records.
- Partner with internal departments to support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives while helping identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes.
- Draft and distribute HR communications, employee correspondence, policy updates, and other departmental materials as needed.
- Monitor key HR deadlines and follow-up activities related to onboarding, benefits administration, employee changes, and other core HR processes.
- Assist with HR reporting, record audits, and documentation requests to support operational and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to special projects and department initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and enhancing overall HR effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR coordination, or a similar human resources support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across different levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities and employee documentation processes.
• Familiarity with benefits administration, including employee support and record updates, is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and comfort maintaining accurate employee data in digital systems.
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on time-sensitive tasks in a hybrid work environment.
