Front Desk Coordinator
Position Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for overseeing front office operations while ensuring a seamless experience for guests, clients, and internal staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience supporting office and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming communications.
- Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system.
- Coordinate visitor check-in procedures and office security protocols.
- Schedule meetings, maintain conference room calendars, and assist with event coordination.
- Support executives and department leaders with administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and office-related documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility requests.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 2+ years of front desk, office coordinator, or administrative support experience.
- Experience managing a busy front office environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Compensation
