Data Entry Specialist
Position Summary
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records and processing high volumes of information across multiple systems. This role requires advanced data management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Enter, audit, and update large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.
- Review records for completeness and identify inconsistencies.
- Reconcile data between internal databases and external documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking logs.
- Process confidential information while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data issues.
- Support reporting, auditing, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with database cleanup and process improvement projects.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 2+ years of data entry, administrative, accounts payable, billing, or related experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and VLOOKUPs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume workloads with minimal errors.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or database systems preferred.
- Associate's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
