Senior Administrator
Robert Half is partnering with an innovative technology company seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Administrator to provide advanced administrative support to leadership teams and help drive operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages competing priorities, and enjoys supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, department leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and prioritize competing commitments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other executive-level materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Support internal communications, project coordination, and company initiatives.
- Track project timelines, action items, and follow-up tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and business documentation.
- Assist with planning and coordinating team meetings, events, and company activities.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
- Partner with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to support operational needs.
- Identify process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience providing administrative support in a corporate or technology environment.
- Experience supporting executives, senior leadership, or multiple departments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology, startup, or corporate environment is preferred.
