Project/Event Coordinator
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising events. This role will oversee event logistics, vendor management, sponsorship administration, donor communications, and onsite event operations from initial planning through post-event follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of event planning, timelines, and project execution.
- Coordinate sponsorships, donor recognition, tribute journals, invitations, RSVPs, ticketing, and guest tracking.
- Draft and oversee event communications, including sponsorship outreach, email campaigns, attendee communications, and post-event thank-you messages.
- Manage event vendors, contracts, budgets, payment schedules, catering, security, and venue logistics.
- Create event materials, presentations, run-of-show documents, podium books, and speaker logistics.
- Recruit and coordinate volunteers and support event leadership, VIPs, speakers, and sponsors.
- Lead onsite event execution, oversee event-day operations, and ensure successful program delivery.
- Conduct post-event wrap-up, reporting, vendor reconciliation, and team debriefs.

- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Compensation
