Paralegal

Paralegal Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support a busy legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal matters while collaborating closely with attorney and legal staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Prepare, draft, edit, and organize legal documents, correspondence, agreements, and reports. Maintain legal files, records, and document management systems. Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation. Assist with contract administration, due diligence, and compliance-related projects. Coordinate document execution, filings, and record retention. Manage calendars, deadlines, and matter tracking. Support attorneys with case management, corporate governance, and operational initiatives as needed. Communicate with internal departments, external counsel, clients, and third parties.

Qualifications:

Qualifications 3+ years of Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or related legal support experience. Paralegal certificate preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of legal documentation and administrative processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $35-45/hr. Benefits available to contract/contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
