The position offers responsibility for legal matters across North America, direct interaction with executive leadership, and a clear path toward future executive-level advancement.

🌟 What You'll Do
✅ Serve as the primary legal partner to senior business leadership across North America.
✅ Lead day-to-day commercial and corporate legal matters across a multi-entity organization.
✅ Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements and strategic initiatives.
✅ Oversee outside counsel and manage litigation strategy while balancing business objectives and risk.
✅ Direct regional corporate governance, entity management, board-related matters, and legal compliance initiatives.
✅ Support acquisitions, integrations, and other strategic growth initiatives.
✅ Guide employment-related matters and partner with business leaders on workforce-related issues.
✅ Mentor and develop legal operations personnel while helping build the future structure of the legal team.
Qualifications:
🔍 What We're Looking For
✔ Active U.S. Bar admission required.
✔ Strong experience with commercial contracts and broad business counseling.
✔ Sound judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial realities.
✔ Experience supporting corporate governance, compliance, employment matters, and general corporate legal functions.
✔ Natural curiosity, strong initiative, and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar issues.
✔ Relationship-builder who enjoys partnering with executives and business leaders.
✔ Leadership potential and an interest in developing and growing a legal team.
✔ In-house legal experience is required.
