Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and clients courteously and ensure each visitor is assisted promptly upon arrival.
• Guide visitors, vendors, and callers to the appropriate team members or departments based on their needs.
• Maintain an orderly and detail-oriented reception area, ensuring supplies and front office materials are stocked and accessible.
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, then route items accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative assistance through tasks such as document filing, copying, scanning, and general record organization.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments by managing calendars and confirming scheduling details as needed.
• Support front desk security practices by monitoring access, following visitor procedures, and maintaining a controlled entry point.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries courteously while delivering timely and customer-focused service.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or similar customer-facing administrative role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several tasks at once while staying organized and attentive to detail.
• Friendly, service-oriented approach with a detail-oriented and approachable presence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using multi-line phone systems, handling email correspondence, and performing data entry accurately.
• High school diploma required; additional training or certification in office administration is an advantage.
Compensation
