Inventory Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support inventory accuracy and material flow operations in Londonderry, New Hampshire. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining organized stock records, assisting production activity along assembly lines, and helping ensure inventory counts remain reliable. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling physical inventory tasks, and keeping materials and asset information up to date.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking incoming, stored, and issued materials throughout daily operations.
• Support assembly line activity by ensuring parts and supplies are available where and when they are needed.
• Perform routine stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to improve overall inventory accuracy.
• Assist with asset inventory activities by documenting equipment and materials in the appropriate records.
• Participate in annual physical inventory counts and help verify results against system data.
• Organize inventory locations and labeling to promote efficient storage, retrieval, and counting processes.
• Work with team members to investigate count variances and resolve inventory-related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience with inventory tracking, stock control, or related warehouse support work.
• Ability to work around assembly line operations and coordinate material availability effectively.
• Familiarity with asset inventory processes and physical count procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Basic recordkeeping and data entry skills for maintaining accurate inventory information.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in an inventory environment.
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.

Compensation

$16.00-$20.00 Hourly
