Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business process improvement and system optimization for a growing organization in Marlborough, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with strong NetSuite expertise who can bridge operational needs with practical system solutions across supply chain and purchasing activities. The role offers flexibility for remote work, with the option to be onsite when business needs require collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and translate business needs into clear functional recommendations.

• Analyze purchasing and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for better efficiency, accuracy, and system alignment.

• Support NetSuite-related initiatives by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and helping define effective system usage.

• Review purchase requisition activities and recommend improvements that strengthen control, visibility, and operational consistency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues, clarify business rules, and support informed decision-making.

• Assist with the rollout and refinement of NetSuite modules that are not yet fully utilized, ensuring business needs are properly addressed.

• Create business analysis documentation such as process flows, requirement summaries, gap assessments, and user guidance.

• Provide input during testing, validation, and issue resolution to help ensure solutions meet operational expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis within system-driven operational or supply chain environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite, including the ability to assess and support business process configuration needs.
• Familiarity with supply chain modules and related procurement workflows.
• Experience working with purchase requisitions and associated approval or tracking processes.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, document workflows, and communicate findings to both business and technical teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on practical process improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible remote setting while remaining available for onsite collaboration when needed.

Compensation

$75.00-$95.00 Hourly
