Receptionist 3
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, employees, and external guests with a courteous and attentive presence while ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Manage front desk activities, including answering inbound calls, directing inquiries, and providing clear information about office spaces, meeting areas, and onsite amenities.
• Support badge-related processes and visitor check-in procedures while maintaining appropriate access and front desk security practices.
• Keep the reception and lobby areas orderly, presentable, and aligned with a high standard of workplace hospitality.
• Coordinate with facilities, maintenance, safety, and other support teams to address service requests and resolve workplace needs in a timely manner.
• Submit and track work orders for custodial, maintenance, security, or operational concerns through the proper channels.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as routing messages, organizing basic office support activities, and helping the team stay prepared for daily operations.
• Anticipate client and guest needs, respond thoughtfully to issues, and escalate privacy, security, or service concerns when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer-facing support role.• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, employees, and vendors.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling inbound phone calls, guest check-in, and routine administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, stay organized, and adjust to changing daily demands, including overtime when needed.
• Familiarity with badge management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related support functions is preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus, especially in roles centered on creating a high-quality guest experience.
Compensation
