Associate Attorney (Real Estate Litigation & Business Litigation)
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
A highly respected boutique law firm in the Tampa market is seeking an Associate Attorney (3–5 years of experience) to join its growing litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to take ownership of cases, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and work directly alongside accomplished attorneys on sophisticated real estate and commercial litigation matters.
The Opportunity:
Handle real estate, property, and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other substantive legal filings
Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances with increasing autonomy
Conduct legal research and develop case strategy for complex disputes
Advise clients on litigation risks, business disputes, and property-related matters
Collaborate with experienced attorneys while maintaining significant responsibility over your own caseload
Work in a fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, accountability, and strong advocacy skills

Compensation:
$130,000 – $150,000 DOE
Performance-based bonus potential

Ideal Background:
3–5 years of litigation experience
Real estate and commercial litigation experience strongly preferred
Strong litigation attorneys will also be considered
Florida Bar admission in good standing required

Qualifications:
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing is required.• At least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Background in real estate litigation and commercial litigation is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other substantive legal filings.
• Experience handling civil litigation matters with strong written advocacy and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving practice setting.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, client communication skills, and courtroom readiness.
Compensation
