Marketing Communications Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Create persuasive marketing content for digital and printed materials that reflects a detail-oriented and approachable brand presence.
• Contribute to product introductions, promotional campaigns, showroom efforts, and related initiatives by developing messaging and supporting collateral.
• Keep contact lists, audience segments, and marketing records accurate and well organized to support outreach activities.
• Coordinate social media and digital content calendars, including content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring across key platforms.
• Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, product development, and leadership to deliver campaigns and communication projects.
• Improve content reach and engagement by applying sound digital marketing and search optimization practices.
• Research market activity, industry developments, and competitor positioning to help inform messaging and campaign decisions.
• Oversee project execution from initial concept through launch and follow-up analysis, ensuring materials are prepared and published effectively.
• Support trade shows, showroom programs, presentations, training materials, videos, and product demonstration assets for sales and marketing use.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, English, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.• At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, copywriting, content development, or a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading abilities with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of social media marketing and content development for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, stay organized under changing priorities, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical product information into customer-friendly messaging.
• Availability to travel occasionally for trade shows and special events, approximately 5 to 6 times per year; photography, video editing, motion graphics, or a portfolio combining writing and design work is a plus.
