Hardware Technician
Responsibilities:
• Configure hardware by installing required applications and loading secure keys according to customer-specific requirements.
• Complete service and repair authorization work accurately and within established turnaround expectations.
• Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal team members for common hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot device functionality using established processes and documented technical information.
• Maintain accurate handling of inventory by organizing stock locations and supporting equipment allocation needs.
• Follow all applicable security protocols, compliance requirements, and operational standards during device preparation and servicing.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent productivity and close attention to detail.
• Contribute to team operations with a proactive approach and support additional technical duties as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• Background in IT, hardware support, or a related technical environment.• Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation and basic device configuration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and general desktop troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting and exposure to tools such as Active Directory is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
