HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for an education-focused organization. This Contract position will lead recruitment activities from initial sourcing through offer coordination, helping the team attract experienced talent in a timely and detail-oriented manner. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in corporate recruiting, excels at interviewing and candidate engagement, and is comfortable using applicant tracking systems to manage an organized hiring process.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions through candidate selection and hiring coordination.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify experienced talent.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate experience, skills, and overall fit while ensuring a consistent and detail-oriented candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, align on position expectations, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Track applicant activity within the applicant tracking system and keep records accurate, current, and compliant.
• Coordinate scheduling, communication, and follow-up throughout the interview process to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Present experienced candidates to stakeholders with clear summaries of strengths, experience, and potential fit for the role.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on ability to source candidates effectively using multiple recruiting channels and outreach methods.
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications against role requirements.
• Proficiency working with an applicant tracking system to manage workflows and candidate records.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.

Compensation

$24.70-$28.60 Hourly
