Treasury Manager
Our client seeks a Treasury Manager with 5+ years of experience in cash management with direct ABL experience (borrowing base, availability, field exams).
- Own daily cash positioning across all banks and accounts; drive automation of bank data aggregation and reporting.
- Lead the company’s short-term liquidity planning, including revolver borrowing/paydown strategy, cash concentration decisions, and liquidity contingency planning.
- Own the end-to-end borrowing base governance model, ensuring clear accountability for preparation, review, approval, and submission.
- Review and approve borrowing base calculations and reporting, including eligibility rules, ineligibles, reserves, and supporting schedules.
- Own bank relationship governance (bank account administration, signers/authorizations, entitlements, and service level management) across multiple banks.
- Design and enforce payment controls and segregation of duties across ACH, check, wires, and auto-debits (dual approvals, release controls, template governance).
- Own treasury policies: payment authority matrix, bank portal access governance, cash handling procedures, and exception management.
- Build and operate a 13-week cash and availability forecast process using ERP and merchandising and other inputs where needed.
- Own field exam readiness: monthly tie-outs, examiner support package, and standardized evidence binder to reduce field exam time, disruption, and post-exam reserves.
- Coordinate inventory and collateral appraisals, ensuring accurate and timely data submissions and alignment with operational inventory definitions.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of treasury or cash management experience in a corporate environment.• Hands-on background supporting asset-based lending structures, including borrowing base reporting, availability analysis, and field exam preparation.
• Strong knowledge of liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and revolving credit facility management.
• Experience administering bank accounts, user entitlements, payment controls, and treasury governance practices across multiple banking relationships.
• Ability to review detailed financial schedules and validate calculations related to eligibility, reserves, and collateral-backed borrowing.
• Proficiency in developing treasury reporting and improving processes through automation and data consolidation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across finance, banking, and operational teams.
Compensation
