Sales Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Greenville, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers after the sale, coordinating orders, and helping ensure timely delivery of parts and solutions. The person in this role will work closely with customers and external partners to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee post-sale order processing for customer accounts, confirming product availability and applying accurate pricing before release.
• Arrange shipments for replacement parts and service-related materials needed to address customer concerns, including urgent and time-sensitive requests.
• Partner with outside vendors and other third parties to help complete orders and maintain smooth fulfillment activities.
• Enter and update order details in company systems to ensure records remain current and accurate throughout the sales support process.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to orders, parts, and delivery updates with courtesy and urgency.
• Provide outbound follow-up to customers and partners to confirm requirements, resolve issues, and keep commitments on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting customers in a post-sales, inside sales, or sales support environment.
• Background in order entry and processing with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound communication with customers and business partners.
• Comfortable coordinating expedited shipments and handling time-sensitive service requests.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
