Litigation Legal Assistant (hybrid)
Robert Half is partnering with a global AmLaw 100 law firm in its search for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Miami office. This individual will provide comprehensive support to litigation attorneys in a fast-paced environment, handling court filings, calendaring, and day to day case management. Hybrid schedule with 1 day remote per week. Base salary up to $105,000, with comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k and pension plan, and 5+ weeks paid time off. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and proofreading correspondence, memoranda, and legal documents
- E-filing case documents in State and Federal Courts and distributing e-file notifications
- Calendaring court dates, scheduling hearings, and arranging court reporters
- Maintaining calendar and deadline reminder systems using a master calendar
- Recording billable work on a timely basis
- Coordinating travel arrangements and appointments for attorneys
- Maintaining positive client relationships while observing strict confidentiality
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (conversant with clients)
- Minimum of five years of relevant legal assistant experience, medium or large law firm background preferred
- Proficiency in iManage or similar document management systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, E-Dockets, Relativity, and Intapp or similar time entry systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
