Customer Service

We are looking for a customer-focused detail-oriented individual to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. This position supports sales-related activities by assisting customers, responding to inquiries, and helping drive strong service outcomes. The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, along with solid Excel skills and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound communication effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
• Support sales efforts by assisting with inside sales activities and helping move customer requests through completion.
• Build positive client relationships through attentive service and consistent communication.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound customer interactions to identify needs and support business growth.
• Prepare, update, and maintain sales-related records and reports using Excel.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders, requests, and service issues are handled efficiently.
• Assist with direct sales support tasks that contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Compensation

$58,000.00-$60,000.00 Yearly
