SPANISH BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an onsite role for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping others and delivering excellent service in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers in both English and Spanish
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems
• Process orders, account updates, and service requests as needed
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Support team goals by meeting service and productivity expectations
• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a strong customer experience

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required
