Customer Care Coordinator

A growing commercial construction company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to become the communication hub between clients, project managers, and field teams. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems quickly, and creating a positive experience for customers throughout active construction projects. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with internal departments to coordinate schedules, answer customer questions, and help projects stay on track from kickoff through completion.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding projects, scheduling, and service requests
• Coordinate communication between customers and project managers
• Track project updates and provide timely status reports
• Schedule appointments, inspections, and follow-up visits
• Maintain detailed customer records and project documentation
• Assist with proposal preparation and contract administration
• Process work orders and update CRM software
• Support office operations with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service or project coordination experience
• Construction, home services, or contractor experience is highly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
